Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop and document RESTful APIs and contracts for frontend/backend integration.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, BSAs, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Work closely with SQL databases, ensuring seamless data interaction and performance optimization.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Utilize AWS services (from a developer perspective) for application development and deployment.
• Document features, workflows, and technical processes using tools like Confluence.
• Track tasks and project progress using JIRA.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with React and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of API design, integration patterns, and contract-first development.
• Solid experience working with SQL databases and building features that interact with APIs and data layers.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, from a developer’s standpoint.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to testing frameworks and test-driven development.
• Understanding of accessibility and performance optimization best practices.
